Fees

Service costs

  • Chimney sweep £65 for lined stoves - £75 for unlined stoves and open fires
  • Stove service £120 - includes sweep, reseal of flue collar (if needed) door rope (if required - standard rope only) glass and stove thoroughly cleaned, glass seal replaced if needed (if bolts/screws removable)
  • Double sided stove service £140
  • Boiler stove service £140
  • Birds nest removal from £120
  • CCTV inspection from £150


Other repair work prices on request.



Please Note:
If creosote buildup is found during inspection, it must be removed, as it is extremely dangerous and poses a serious fire risk. We can treat and clean this safely, but please note it will incur an additional cost.


All sweeps and services come with a HETAS sweep certificate.

We offer emergency call-outs during the winter months. Whether it’s not drawing properly, not lighting, or has broken parts — we’ll do our best to get your heat back on quickly and safely.

Creosote removal

Creosote is a sticky, flammable buildup that can form inside your chimney. If too much collects, it can easily catch fire and cause serious damage. To prevent this, we use a specialised creosote remover that breaks it down quickly. This makes the cleaning faster, more effective, and helps keep your home safe.
